Bring bold, graphic order to your space with this art work for wall in terracotta and cream. Eight vertical stripes run the full height of the poster and swap colour where a single diagonal cuts across from top left to bottom right, so every terracotta stripe turns cream and every cream stripe turns terracotta. BAUHAUS runs up the left edge in spaced capitals, with Form und Farbe · Weimar 1919 set small up the right.
Inspired by the Bauhaus school, founded in Weimar in 1919, this art work for wall shows how much one simple idea can do: two colours, straight lines and a single shift. Form und Farbe means form and colour, and the warm terracotta and soft cream palette feels calm rather than loud, making it an easy focal point for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways or home offices.
Printed on premium matte paper, this poster gives crisp, flat colour with a smooth, non-reflective finish, and the unframed print fits standard frame sizes. Hang this art work for wall alone as a statement piece or as part of a warm, earthy gallery wall.
Explore more structured and expressive designs in our Bauhaus Art Prints collection, where modern form meets timeless function.
