This modern mid century poster is a bold, warm take on Bauhaus geometry: a large terracotta sun, its lower right part turned a deeper rust, sits over a field of black vertical stripes that sweep to the right at the bottom like a curving floor. Set on a warm cream background with no text, the design balances one strong circle against flowing parallel lines, so it feels both graphic and calm. It is our own design in the spirit of mid-century modern and Bauhaus art, made for anyone who loves clean lines and simple forms.
The minimalist layout makes it an easy statement piece for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways or offices. The black stripes add rhythm and movement, while the terracotta and rust sun brings warmth, so it sits well with walnut, oak, leather and warm neutral walls. Hang it on its own above a sideboard, or use it to anchor a gallery wall of other mid-century pieces.
Printed on premium matte museum-grade paper, this modern mid century poster gives crisp edges and a smooth, non-reflective finish. The colours are flat and clean, true to the graphic style of the artwork, and the unframed print fits standard frame sizes, so it is simple to style in black, white or natural wood.
For anyone looking for a classic yet modern accent, this sun and stripes composition captures the optimism of mid-century design while still feeling fresh in a contemporary home. It is a confident, timeless choice for a room that needs one strong focal point.
